The system considers factors such as profile quality, verified area expertise, listing performance metrics (including typical time on market), local visibility within a specific area, overall property portfolio, and account tier.
Unlike simplistic rankings, the new approach prioritises agents who demonstrate genuine activity, knowledge, and commitment in the areas where buyers and sellers are searching. This helps ensure that consumers see professionals who are most likely to deliver meaningful results for their specific location.
The algorithm is dynamic and recalculated regularly, allowing agents to improve their position by strengthening their profiles, growing their presence in target areas, and maintaining strong listing performance. It will continue to be fine-tuned over time, with additional metrics introduced as the platform evolves and more market data becomes available..
