We now provide additional insights into residential property features on area profiles and individual listings.

To do this, we analyze common features for specific property types, such as apartments, and show how common a particular feature is in the area for that property type and bedroom count. These unique features are also highlighted on individual listings where sufficient area data is available. We expect to improve the quality and range of features insights over time.
