Farm for sale
Self-sufficient country living in Maltahöhe, southern Namibia with reliable solar-powered irrigation and productive lucerne paddocks. Includes private microlight hangar and runway, plus five en-suite bedrooms.
Exclusive Mandate
Dependable water is a valuable asset in southern Namibia—and a key feature of this 1,900 ha farm in the Maltahöhe District. With solar-powered irrigation, established lucerne and kikuyu, and practical farming infrastructure, this property offers a compelling opportunity for buyers who know the value of water in the South.
At the heart of the farm are two 12 ha centre pivots, with 24 ha of established lucerne and kikuyu production. Each pivot is supplied by its own permitted borehole, capable of sustainably delivering 60 cubic metres per hour, with both the borehole pumps and pivots powered entirely by solar energy. Supported by reservoir capacity and approved irrigation water permits, this established operation brings together the water, power and infrastructure that make an irrigation farm in the South so appealing. For a buyer seeking a manageable production base, the essentials are already in place.

A rare opportunity for the buyer looking for an irrigated production farm, a private country base or a distinctive Namibian lifestyle property with real agricultural potential.
