Architectural Guidelines That Protect the Estate’s Character.

Henties Bay Lifestyle Estate follows a set of architectural design guidelines developed to create an attractive and harmonious residential environment.

These guidelines provide a clear framework for the design and construction of homes within the estate. While owners can plan homes around their individual needs and preferences, each design must complement the estate’s overall architectural vision.

The 3D images shown are illustrative examples of the upmarket homes envisioned for the development, with the featured designs based on plans that have already been approved. Purchasers are not limited to these designs and may create their own architectural plans, provided that all plans comply with the estate’s architectural guidelines and receive approval from the Henties Bay Lifestyle Estate Aesthetics Committee before construction begins.

This coordinated approach helps to:

• Maintain a consistent and appealing estate identity
• Promote high-quality residential design
• Prevent unsuitable or conflicting building styles
• Preserve the appearance of the surrounding properties
• Support the estate’s long-term desirability and investment value

Prospective buyers should review the architectural guidelines when selecting a plot and before beginning the design process.
