This cattle farm covering 5 101 ha is located approximately 95 km to the north of Omaruru. It is a well-developed property and infrastructure is in excellent condition. The property is fenced in by an ordinary 1,2 m stockproof fence. However, approximately 60% of the borders have been game-proof fenced by the neighbours already. The farm is subdivided into 21 inner camps. Water is sourced from 6 installed boreholes, supplying water to all areas in need. Water is safe for human and animal consumption. Electricity is provided by a solar system. The farmstead comprises the main 3-bedroom double volume, thatched roof residence, manager’s house, worker’s houses, storerooms, and workshop. The landscape is rather flat with rocky outcrops and ephemeral rivulets meandering through the property. The grass cover is excellent, since 80% of the farm has been cleared of bush. The dominant grass species is Stipagrostis uniplumis (Blinkaar grass). The vegetation can be described as open grassland. Rainfall is on average 300 to 350 mm/annum.
