The property is located in the Remhoogte mountains in the main tourist area of south-western Namibia on the way to the famous Sossus Valley and Sesriem Canyon. The farm can be reached on excellent roads from all directions and is about 200km from Windhoek and 265km from Walvis Bay with Solitaire only 40 km away. The stunningly beautiful Remhoogte Pass is located on the property. The land covers approximately 15 750 ha and the landscape is very pleasing with mountains, valleys and springs or fountains in the rivers traversing the farm. The property is currently used as a cattle farm, but because of its location and beautiful landscape, it has a huge potential to be developed as a tourist destination and lodge. The farmstead is a typical Namibian farmhouse with several outbuildings. Water is supplied by boreholes and a solar system provides electricity. The climate is moderate, but temperatures can reach above 36°C during summertime and average rainfall is around 250 mm/annum. Only game species endemic to that area such as Zebra, Kudu, Oryx, Springbuck, Klipspringer and Steenbok are to be found on the property. The bird life is dominated by rock pigeon, Namaqua sand grouse, soaring Black eagles (Witkruisarend) and massive Martial eagle, which make their nests in the jagged mountain sides of the Naukluft- and Remhoogte Mountains.
