The property is 4 883 ha in size and located approximately 30 km to the south-east of Dordabis and about 120 km from Windhoek. The farmstead comprises of a wel built 3-bedroom farmhouse and a huge shed with workshop. All buildings are well constructed and in a good condition. Six (6) boreholes provide water to the property. The boreholes are very strong and the water quality is excellent. Electricity is provided by the national grid (NamPower). The property is subdivided into 27 camps with jackal proof fencing on the borders. The western border is also gameproof fenced. It is primarily a cattle farm with a carrying capacity of 1 Live Stock Unit per 12 ha, but sheep and goats can easily be introduced, since the farm has been divided in 4 jackalproof units to control the predators. The fences ad kraals are in excellent condition. The topography is rather flat with accessible small mountains on the north-western border. The vegetation can be described as bushveld and bush-encroachment can be a problem in certain areas of the farm. Rainfall is in the order of 300 to 350 mm annually.
