VACANT LAND FORSALE ATKAMANJAB
The property is located only a few kilometres to the north of Kamanjab along the tarred road leading to the Galton Gate of Etosha National Park which is only 55 km away. It is only recently that the far western part of the Etosha National Park has been opened for the touring public, allowing access via the Galton Gate on the western border. This access has opened a new corridor in Namibia’s Classic Tourism Route and new investment opportunities along with it. The property falls within the municipal boundaries of Kamanjab and therefore it is not necessary to apply for a certificate of waiver. The property is undeveloped, it is very beautiful with a mix of jagged rocky outcrops, red Kalahari sand and mixed Mopane forest. The game consists of kudu, oryx and some giraffe, which have made the property their home. There are three boreholes, one is operational with a windmill and the other two are sealed. The strongest borehole has a tested yield of over 20m³ per hour. An Environmental Clearance to build a lodge has been issued by the Ministry of Environment and Tourism. The property is privately owned. The asking price includes commission and excluding transfer costs.
