This well-developed cattle and irrigation farm covers approximately 7 909 ha, and is located in the Kalahari, approximately 40 km by road to the southwest of Leonardville and 250 km to the southeast of Windhoek. The property is fenced in with a high fence and jackal proof on the borders. It is further subdivided with 39 stock proof camps for sound management of the grazing. The official carrying capacity of the land is 1 cattle unit (450 kg) to 18 ha. Water is in abundance and an allocation of 380 000m³/per annum has been issued on the property for irrigation purposes. Nine boreholes provide water for all farming operations, including the 15 ha (2 x 7,5 ha) centre pivot units where lucerne and other feed crops are produced for extra feed during droughts. The irrigation infrastructure is impressive with a huge square reservoir collecting water from several boreholes for distribution to the irrigation fields. The average rainfall is approximately 250 mm/annum. The entire farmstead is very impressive and creates an upmarket impression. There are two larger residences and five spacious self-catering chalets to accommodate guests and family. The garden is spacious with a large lawn and a lovely braai area nestled among karee trees.
