This property, covering approximately 8 153 ha, is located 30 km by road to the southwest of Leonardville and 260 km to the southeast of Windhoek. It is currently used as a cattle farm, but it is equally suitable for sheep farming. The landscape is flat, and the vegetation is dominated by camelthorn trees. Bush species such as swarthaak, rosyntjiebos, gabba, trassiebosand and driedoring are well represented. The dominant grass species are Stipagrostis uniplumis (Blinkaargras) and Schmidtia kalahariensis (Suurgras).
