This property, covering approximately 4 144 ha, is located 50 km by road to the southwest of Leonardville and 240 km to the southeast of Windhoek. It is currently used as a cattle farm, but it is equally suitable for sheep farming. The landscape is flat, and the vegetation is dominated by camelthorn trees. Bush species such as swarthaak, rosyntjiebos, gabba and trassiebos is well represented with driedoring (Rigozum trichitomum) covering large areas. Although driedoring is well grazed by sheep and goat and could be a good source of feed during droughts, it could repress grass production. The dominant grass species are Stipagrostis uniplumis (Blinkaargras) and Schmidtia kalahariensis (Suurgras). The official carrying capacity is 1 cattle unit of 450 kg to 18 ha and the longterm average rainfall is 250 mm/annum. Infrastructure is in a good condition. The farm is fenced in by jackal proof fences on the border and subdivided into 44 inner camps for sound veld management. Water is sourced from 6 boreholes and single-phase electricity is supplied by NamPower. The farmstead comprises of two houses, 2x sheds and 2x worker houses. Only one of the residences is occupied
