This property, covering approximately 4 028 ha, is located 35 km by road to the southwest of Leonardville and 265 km to the southeast of Windhoek. It has been used as a cattle farm, but it is equally suitable for sheep farming. Currently there are no animals on the farm except for a few kudus, springbuck and oryx. The landscape is flat, and the vegetation is dominated by camelthorn trees. Bush species such as swarthaak, rosyntjiebos, gabba, trassiebosand and driedoring are well represented. The dominant grass species are Schmidtia kalahariensis (Suurgras) and Stipagrostis uniplumis (blikaar grass). The official carrying capacity is 1 cattle unit of 450 kg to 18 ha and the longterm average rainfall is 250 mm/annum. The farm is fenced in by jackal proof fences on the border and subdivided into 4 inner camps. Water is sourced from 3 boreholes. No electricity is available at the farm. The farmstead comprises of a 2-bedroom house and one worker house.
