Several plots are available along the B6 main road towards the International Airport approximately 30 km from Windhoek. The sizes of these properties varies from 5 ha up to 6,6 ha and the prices range from N$ 1,29 million to N$ 1,8 million. A non-refundable deposit of N$ 30 000,00 is required on signature of a deed of sale. The Purchaser shall be liable from earliest date of possession of the Property or Date of Transfer of Property for all levies payable to the Ondekaremba Home Owners Association in terms of the Rules of such Home Owners Association. Every plot has been fenced off and serviced with 3-phase electricity from Nampower and water is supplied by NamWater to a limited volume of 2,5 m³ per plot per day. It will be a security complex with 24 hour surveillance at the entrance to the plots. Well-constructed roads connect the plots with each other. The plots are zoned as Rural Residential and owners may keep pets and other animals as long they are kept under control and do not disturb the other plot holders. The land is undulated but it is relatively flat and no severe excavating or landfill is required for construction of buildings. There is about no building restrictions except that only one house and one outbuilding may by constructed per plot. Furthermore, all building plans must be approved by the Municipality of Windhoek, since the development lies within the municipal boundaries of the city. The levies will be N$ 950,00/per month, but this amount does not include any municipal costs such as water and electricity consumption.
