**Services offered by Mountain View Estate

Water Supply: The development is served by a production borehole as well as a backup borehole to facilitate routine maintenance. The water will be pumped to an elevated reservoir from where it will gravitate into the water reticulation system. Each plot has a water connection with a water meter installed.
