This 27000 ha farm was a typical sheep farm. Situated in the south of Namibia this is a ideal game farm.
The topography of the area is rather hilly, with valleys and flat land in between. A river cuts through the farm.
The farm enjoys two rainfall seasons per year although this is not the high rainfall area in Namibia.
The farm infrastructure includes 8 boreholes, 12 dams, 3 wind mills, 21 water cribs, water pipelyn, boundary fences, solar, two houses, a shed, garage and two storage rooms. The farm is fenced with Jackals Proof 1.2 meter fencing.
Nampower servitude runs through the farm.

5 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, WC, large kitchen, large patio, storage room, solar and generator.
A second smaller house with 3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom and kitchen needs some renovation.
