This vast piece of pristine wildlife and wilderness comprises two farms and covers approximately 8511 ha. The property is located to the northwest of Otavi and borders Etosha National Park for 25 kilometres. The landscape is beautiful with small mountains, hills, and vast plains of bushveld where a wide range of animals are roaming freely. Because of the high rainfall in the area, the carrying capacity is of the highest in Namibia and rates 8 ha per livestock unit of 450 kg. Game to be found include eland, kudu, oryx, blue and black wildebeest, impala, hartebeest, springbuck, blesbok, zebra, giraffe, sable, waterbuck, nyala, rhino, small game, warthog, and predators such as jackal, leopard, hyena, and more. Elephants will also thrive on the property as well as lions. Bird life is in abundance and covers a very interesting species range. Rainfall is on average 550 mm per annum while the climate is sub-tropical and frost-free during winters, allowing a vast spectrum of plant species to thrive. Water for the game is sourced from several boreholes located all over the land. Water is strong and could allow for irrigation should it be necessary to produce extra feed for the animals during droughts. The property is fenced in by a high fence. Upmarket guest facilities have been established. There is a lodge that can host up to 32 people. Several other infrastructures such as sheds, labour housing, slaughtering area, etc. have been established. Electricity is supplied by the national grid.
