Hi there, I’m Briggitta — a dedicated and results-driven real estate professional with over thirteen years of experience in the Swakopmund property market. Since joining Pam Golding Properties in 2017, I’ve combined my hospitality background with my passion for real estate to deliver a service that is both highly personalized and attentive to detail.

Over the years, I’ve been honoured to receive recognition for my work, including Pam Golding Properties Gold Club Status for four consecutive years (2022–2025) and twice being celebrated at the PGP Annual Conference for outstanding achievements. I also hold the NEAB Estate Agents Certificate, which further reflects my commitment to professionalism and excellence in the industry.

My career began in 2005 with Durbanville Real Estates in South Africa, and along the way, I’ve also drawn on my background in hospitality, catering, and beauty therapy (studied at Cape Technikon under Isa Carstens). Each step in my journey has deepened my understanding of client care and strengthened my ability to provide service of the highest standard.

I’m passionate about curating exceptional property experiences for buyers and sellers, and my approach is built on honesty, integrity, and genuine care. For me, it’s never just about closing a deal — it’s about ensuring my clients find not just a property, but a place they can truly call home. Many of my client relationships extend well beyond the sale, often evolving into lasting friendships.

At heart, I am family-oriented, with strong ties in both Namibia and South Africa. I take pride in quickly understanding my clients’ needs and offering solutions that make the process smooth, transparent, and rewarding. Helping people achieve their property dreams is not just my profession — it’s my greatest joy.
