As a person, it was always my goal to focus more on other's needs than my own, whether it be in business or in society. Respect and a good character is non-negotiable for me that speaks more than words. Therefor, to do more than what is required, resulting in long-term success, whether it be financial or building character and respect. By always striving to fill the needs of others to the best of my ability, gives me continous joy and worth. Financial success is the outcome due to the above if I continually focus on my goals. Being an estate agent, therefor, for me, is not a job, but part of my culture.
