More about Coenraad

Hallo, I am Coenraad Steyn and I’ve been working with Pam Golding properties since 2014. I specialise in sales of farms, smallholdings and commercial properties in the Prosperita area. When I am not selling houses I enjoy the outdoors and participating in various sporting activities. I pride myself on being professional, hardworking and friendly at all times. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property portfolio.

After nearly 20 years in the education industry it was time for a change. During my years as a school principal, I developed my management skills through a formal MBA degree. That made me realize how interesting and stimulating the business environment can be. So when a change was desired, the property business looked challenging. The property market in Namibia, specifically in Windhoek is alive and vibrant with lots of opportunities. There are opportunities for developers, investors and business owners.

I like to continuously look for and identify those opportunities and share them with my clients. Today I still approach my clients with the view to learn from them, and also give back by letting them have insight in what I have learned. I have 2 years’ experience in the real estate industry and I have a Certificate from the Namibian Estate Agents Board. I have since achieved Rookie Agent of the Year for the African region in 2014. My most notable sales were an irrigation farm which sold for N$13 million and three warehouses which I sold in one month.

I like to be constantly aware of what is going on in the vibrant real estate market in Windhoek by staying knowledgeable at all times. This profession allows me the opportunity to manage my own time. In my spare time I am involved in and support primary school rugby by acting as a referee. I also enjoy hunting, fishing and travelling as they are also my top priorities. When most people are watching TV, I would rather relax and read a good book.
