More about Sonja

Good day. I am Sonja Swanepoel your real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties. I began my career in real estate almost 6 years ago in Cape Town, before embracing the property industry in Namibia at the end of 2016.

I would love to say “Property is my life” but that is not true, it is part of my life. The privilege of working with you and your property is what gets me up in the morning. The relationships I build with my clients is what drives me to provide excellent service to each and every one that crosses my path. The biggest compliments to me are when my clients refer me to their friends and colleagues; it means I am doing something right.

Property decisions are mostly based on emotions of the parties involved in the transaction, I am here to guide you through the sequence of events and to assist in all the details. It is imperative that my clients remain informed and are supported during this decision making process.

Continual learning and honing my skills are very important to me, in order to adapt to market changes in the best possible way. I hold my NQF 4, obtained in South Africa, along with the Namibian Estates Agent Board examination.

We are not here to talk about me, we are here to talk about you and your needs…. How can I be of assistance?
