Languages: Afrikaans, English; Dickson Swanepoel the manager and sole owner of YellowSquare Properties has more than 16 years real estate experience. He started working in South Africa for Pam Golding Properties (PGP) in Stellenbosch and proudly established a successful rental department. He was entrusted with the management and control of the rental monies and lease agreements. During his last years with PGP he entered the sales department and signed and secured several property transactions. Today, he is the proud owner of YellowSquare Properties, the first independent contracting estate agency in Namibia. He was also elected as President of the Association of Estate Agents of Namibia in 2017 which was dormant at that stage and fully revived to be an active association for our industry. Dickson Swanepoel is a vibrant and motivated businessman who grew the business from strength to strength each year to the successful real estate agency it is today.
