Furthermore, it benefits from multiple reliable income streams like pig and sheep farming, alongside a state-of-the-art pellet manufacturing facility that transforms bush into nutritious fodder for feeding.
The lodge boasts five freestanding chalets, each with its own private patio and an open-plan bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom. These chalets are thoughtfully constructed to offer both privacy and breathtaking views, complemented by a state-of-the-art Pickle ball court for added entertainment. Additional to this, is two separate manager's houses that is situated within walking distance from the lodge. These houses comprise of two bedrooms, bathroom open plan kitchen and living room area. Power supply for the Lodge and Managers house, is done by a newly installed 20 KVA Solar with battery system.
Horse stables capable of accommodating up to six horses, along with a 5-hectare enclosed camp, are available for riding enthusiasts.
Hunting and photographic safaris take place across the entire farm, with certain areas cleared to enhance viewing opportunities and create grazing spaces for plains game. Several ground dams are kept filled year-round, supported by an extensive network of pipelines and six solar-powered boreholes. Over 20 hunting hides, either elevated or submerged, are strategically positioned throughout the property. These boreholes yield between 7 to 17m3 of water per hour. Additionally, a seventh borehole supplies water directly to the lodge, ensuring its needs are met.
Domesticated farming takes place in a designated area where sheep and pig farming are conducted in covered open pig pens that can hold up to five hundred pigs, while the sheep pens can hold up to six hundred sheep. Adjacent to this area are two 350m2 open sheds, complete with storerooms and worker accommodations. These sheds are equipped with state-of-the-art pelletizing machines, used to produce supplementary fodder for both domestic and game animals. Power supply is done by a 200 KVA, three phase Generator. None of the movables or equipment is included in the price.
There is also a fully equipped butchery with specialized tools to complete the entire meat production cycle. The butchery features the following:
