This plot is located 5km south of Usakos and a few 100m away from khan river. Each plot borders a tributary of this river making it ideal for agricultural small-scale farming. Water and electricity from the town are available subjects to the connection and installation of a step-down transformer. Access to each plot via a dedicated road is provided on the south side of each plot.
